It's truly a joyful experience watching your puppy experience his firsts. When I say firsts I mean his first time walking down the stairs without looking up at you for help, the first time he goes potty outside on command, and the first time he sleeps through the night without whining in his kennel.

Just like a baby, a puppy takes a lot of work! However, once you get through that “puppy phase” you get to enjoy a doggy that's well behaved and is a little bit more settled. That doesn't mean the puppy phase isn't fun!
