Our dogs are an excitable bunch. When we’re out all day they always greet us as an energetic wiggling mass of quivering fur and flesh. Ever wonder why? Could it be that while we are away they are calm, relaxed and sleep the day away?
Not always, true. After all, you have come home to a hole or two in the backyard or even the occasional “stuffing ripped out of a pillow” debacle. But, it’s still safe to assume the more high-strung they are in the afternoon/evening the more at ease they are during the day.

Turn the page to see some sweetly serene pooches. They are cool, calm, collected and positively … zen!
