We have seen some great dog actors in our day but this is a thinking man’s dog who knows it’s in trouble but also knows if the accused is removed from the crime it is probably best for all those involved!

Most dogs will stand there and sheepishly take it, or they'll run — but only a few understand that punishment cannot happen if they make themselves scarce in the most clever of ways. Yet, there has to be a subtleness to the getaway, lest the human catches on!

Don’t you love how Moxy inches back ever so slightly, knowing that “Mom” was watching, but figured if the action was understated enough she might never realize what was going on!?

While we sympathize with the owner’s dilemma we have to applaud Moxy’s quick and very developed reaction!
