This Frenchie was left outside by his owner while his owner was running an errand and he's not too thrilled. “She could have at least left me by a patch of grass or given me a snack!” he seems to say. This Frenchie is more than vocal about his situation!
Poor baby! It really does sound like he has a tale to tell! If the inflection of his voice are cues then we know it’s completely unfair and “Mom” is treating him terribly!
He fully expects the strangers to help him out, allow him to complete his walk, and while we are at it – tell Mom to hurry up!

If u LOVE your dog u should NEVER tie it outside a store. Many have lost their dog to a stranger who either took the dog or worse.
