At first, when looking at this little guy, you might think he’s giving you the “stay away” warning sign, as most dogs do. But the more you watch him the more you realize he’s trying to have a conversation with you!
And what sounds he makes!
Obviously, his is not happy about the situation. It seems his owner took him out for a walk then, going into a store for a few minutes, she left him tied, on his leash, while she settled business. “Hey, I thought we were on a walk here!” he seems to say!
He will impart to any stranger his tell of woe – even a passing baby who seems to want to cry and drown him out. Such a selfish baby he appears to think. LOL!

If u LOVE your dog u should NEVER tie it outside a store. Many have lost their dog to a stranger who either took the dog or worse.
