Different dogs have different barks. Some are high pitched and a little whiny while others are low and nearly melodious. Whatever sound your pooch makes it is uniquely his own. It does not matter if he is barking while at play or if he has heard the UPS truck and needs to let you know about it, we rather like a good healthy bark.
But then there are the types of barks coming from certain dogs that are near – how do we put this politely? – horrifying! Whether they come from exhilaration or fear there are a few pooches out there that bark so strangely we are not certain we can really call the noise they make a bark.
As an example, the spooky sound the pug makes on the next page is quite jarring. He’s a sweet little guy but during the video, he becomes a little agitated and excited – and we do not know if we should laugh or cry at his antics!
