2. WHY DID YOU RECALL THIS PRODUCT?
We discovered through our own internal quality tests that some 10-oz. wet dog food tubs may not contain the recommended level of added vitamins and minerals, so we took action and issued a voluntary recall of the product at retail.
It's great to know that Purina took some action to prevent false advertising of their products. Although this recall is not as serious as others from different brands, it's always important to have the right vitamins and minerals in a doggy's diet.

That’s what we feed! Wellness Core grain free. I researched the heck out of it and we’ve been really happy. My one year old pug loves it, is super healthy, and a perfect 18 lbs.

Too funny . You post a recall of the same product that’s plastering it’s commercials all over the feed.

Do you just make a batch and store it in the fridge?

I make a large batch and store enough for 3 days in the fridge, prepare same size containers and store them in the freezer. I take a container out og the freezer and thaw in the fridge one day ahead of when I will begin to use it. I try to make 2-3 week sized batches at a time as I find it more convenient to do so.
