Here he is, Carlos, the perky Pug puppy! Watch as he tries to get his point across, whatever it may be!

Upon further reflection, some could call it a “puppy bark” but we call it laughter! That’s right, Carlos is having such a good time those little noises we hear are obviously giggles and puppy titters that we have mistook at barking!

It only becomes barking after 12 months old! And even then the Pug still thinks he’s laughing!
