Baby chickens can be sincerely cute but even more-so when being watched by a young member of the canine family. The puppy isn’t really sure what the chicks are, he’s curious, but he knows they need attention! Watch as he watches over and tries to understand his responsibility!

Thorin and Charon are very conscientious and we would not feel nervous about leaving them alone with any member of our family, be it another pet or even a small human! They are very careful and considerate and, oh my goodness, are they cute!

Perhaps, in the future, chicks and dogs with take over the world! They sure seem to get along well enough to create their own Animal Farm©! Not to fear, right now these two species seem to get along just fine the way they are.
