If love can be measured on a “precious” quotient then dear Rupert would be the most loved pup of all time! Check out his adopted Mum and then Rupert himself in the video below:

Okay, we have to admit that the more we look at Rupert, the more we wanted a pug puppy of our own. He is, without a doubt, the cutest thing on four legs!

We can certainly see why his “Mama” fell in love with him at first sight and we have a feeling little Rupert will be much loved and – dare we say it – spoiled for a long time to come!
